As always, my purchase experience was outstanding. I have been purchasing vehicles from Atzenhoffer for about 20 years. My salesperson has always been Albert Lopez and he has never steered me wrong in my purchases. He is always honest.

we have had the vehicle for a month and only had it for 3 days. it is a pure lemon and we are talking to an attorney to see if we can file a lawsuit and have this deal cancelled. Its been hell, nothing like we have ever experienced.

Rudy Ortiz really made the sale. We were all set to visit every dealership in Victoria looking for the perfect SUV for our long term use and budget, I had compiled lists and pros and cons of different makes and models and was ready to leave when he asked "What could I do to sell you this car right now?" (maybe not an exact quote). My husband answered with a price he wanted for our trade-in and Rudy went to see what he could arrange. We didn't get as much as my husband had asked for, though we did get more than originally planned, BUT the fact that Rudy stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to try was the deciding factor and we did buy the beautiful, red 2026 Equinox then and there! Rudy was patient with me, an older customer slow on the phone uptake and treated us like family. I am also impressed that he called us afterwards and asked how we were enjoying the new car.

I don't just buy my vehicles here because of the salesman and the deals I get but also because of the service I know I will get at the service department. Keep up the good work!!!!!

When I arrived there was no other customers in the office yet I stood at the counter for a few minutes with two employees directly in front of me with no type of acknowledgement or greeting. When I set up the appointment over the he phone I asked for a carwash which I was told would be no problem, I then re confirmed the carwash when physically dropping off the vehicle with employee that checked me in. When the vehicle was picked up it had not been washed, it was very disappointing because it's something offered as an incentive for buying a vehicle from the dealership. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in town and without exaggeration I can say all the visits with the service departments are pleasant and enjoyable due to the kindness and enthusiasm shown from the employees.

Need to have a better buy back policy do to the problem came from the factory. I had 1700 miles and problems started. I have pictures on bare wire from factory causing the first problem. What else is hidden in the wire lum that we can't see. My truck has been in the shop several times. And resetting the codes is not solving the problem. Chevrolet needs to trade out my truck and make it right. I only have 5500 miles.

The entire process and staff from sales reps, GM, from office secretary and the finance rep was better than I have ever experienced. I have purchased at least 75 new cars in my time but the Atzenhafuer experience was by far the greatest and I can honestly say I've found myself a new dealership.

My 2026 Chevy truck has been having an "oil leak" from the engine area. I have brought it in about 5 times for repair and I still have a leak. It only has about 4,000 miles on it. I have another appt. on Monday, 04/2026 to check out this problem?

Hopefully it was an off day for the service agent because it seemed that she could care less about my business. At any place in town that you have oil change they at least vacuum out the front floor boards but not here. I have the oil change and wash package but i don't think this experience makes me comfortable about using it even thou i will have to pay someone else to do it.

I came in for a routine oil change and a 55,000 mile checkup. I arrived at 2pm and left after 4pm. I was told the service department was behind. Also, as a valued customer, I was entitled to a complimentary car wash each time I came in for an oil change and service; however, no car wash has ever been done. Then, at the possibility of a car wash, I was told it wasn’t working.

Service managers in your truck repair center are extremely rude, condescending and has been argumentative every time I have had my truck in there (6 times in the three months) The most recent time about 10 days ago he said “If you know what’s wrong with it why don’t you fix it yourself I have bought 6-7 cars from y’all in the past ten years; dont think I will be buying another Your other service departments people are much friendlier and helpful.

I was pleased with the service personnel and waited not long in the comfortable waiting area. I needed an air filter as well and was glad I'd come to have the car looked at before my next drive. I was satisfied with the price and felt they'd taken good care of my Equinox.

The work that was performed at the dealership was top notch on the mechanical side. The issues that I had with my truck were resolved and repaired by the service technician. However, dealing with the service riders is it is experience. Nobody should have to deal with. I am a first responder firefighter paramedic. There is a technical service bulletin that allows the idol shut off of the vehicle to be disabled. I provided the service writer whose name is Stephanie with the information so I could have this performed on my truck. She stated that this could not be done because it was only for emergency responders. I offered to provide my ID and badge to her, but she stated the service was still not available to me. Shortly after that, I spoke with Alan the service manager and asked him if I would be able to have this service bulletin repaired on my truck he said yes that would not be a problem they do this all the time for oilfield workers, etc. I would just have to plan and leave my truck for 24 to 48 hours to have to work performed. I then scheduled my truck to have this and a couple other items is repaired on my truck. When I returned several days later for my scheduled appointment to have work for performed, I was met with resistance do you have the technical service bulletin disabling my idle shut off performed on my truck . I was again told this was only for emergency responders. Unfortunately, I had to slam my badge on the counter for the service people to see that I was a valid responder in order for them to do the work. The service technician was actually at the counter then informed me oh I didn’t know that you were a first responder so he could proceed with the work. It is very sad and disappointing that nobody communicates information and it should be such a hassle to have work. Perform that I’m going to pay for. I purposely bought my truck at Atzenhoffer Chevy to buy local so I would have support. I now rethinking my decision that next time I buy another Chevrolet truck.

Excellent and professional service

Took my 2011 Corvette Z06 in to Atzenhoffer Chevrolet because I had done a parade in Refugio and after driving in 1st. gear using the clutch in and out throughout the parade route, left the car idling while I help a friend with his car, noticed my clutch pedal had dropped all the way to the floorboard. Was able to pick up the pedal and was able to shift through the gears again. I didn't want to have any trouble with driving out of town or while doing a CarShow out of town. Technician found after 3 days that a chrome cover I had installed on my clutch reservoir was keeping the hydraulic oil from venting after it was heating up. They removed the cover, problem solved! The Technician worked on it until he found the solution. Great job Tom. Atzenhoffer is the only place I take this Corvette because they have always done an amazing job for me. Thank you.

Got into an argument with the guy at the desk about my discount book he was being an asshole about it. And Darrel finally took care of me but the other guy everytime I go in there he has an attitude about something like if you don’t like your job than leave and get someone that cares and has a good attitude about it.
