ON MONDAY I CALLED FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO MAKE AN APOINTMENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE ON MY PICKUP TRUCK AND TALKED TO A GENTLEMEN WHO GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR 1:00 ON WEDNESDAY. I ARRIVED ON WEDNESDAY 15 MINUTES EARLY AND TOLD LIZ THAT I HAD A 1:00 APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD THE WORKMEN WERE AT LUNCH AND THERE WOULD BE A LITTLE WAIT UNTIL THEY RETURNED. AT 1:45 I ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER WOULD IT BE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE WORKMEN HAD LUNCH FROM 1:00 UNTIL 2:00. THEN I WAS TOLD THAT IF I HAD TALKED TO A MAN FOR THE APPOINTMENT, THAT I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ACROOS THE STREET FROM THE GREAT BIG SERVICE SIGN WITH SEVERAL BAYS BUT NO SIGN THAT WAS WHERE I HAD TO TAKE MY TRUCK. I HAVE ALWAYS GONE TO THE SAME SERVICE ENTRANCE WHERE THERE IS A SIGN CLEARLY MARKED SERFVICE. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, I FINALLY GOT MY TRUCK AT 2:32 AND WAS THEN OVERCHARGED FOR THE SERVICE BECAUSE I HAD BROUGHT IN A DISCOUNT COUPON THAT YOU HAD SENT ME. nEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ON TOP OF THE FACT THAT I JUST HAD MAJOR BACK SURGERTY AND WAS HAVING TO USE A WALKER TO WALK.

Since moving back to Texas 10 years later, I feel the service is just not there. This is the first dealership that I have encountered with very little interaction with the customer. I might as well deal with a computer than a person. No one really reviews the report with you and just sends you to the cashier to pay for what I hope and pay for services received. I asked for them to check for any recalls and when I picked it up no one mentioned anything about it, or document that they did look into it. I will be looking for another Chevrolet dealership to service my truck.

Arrived and was told didn’t need appointment, once there was sent to truck service and was told need appointment, service advisor said he would get it in anyway, finished within 1 1/2 to 2 hrs! Excellent service.

Mike handled getting the extended warranty verified and getting payment. Very polite and professional.

The problem still persists. I am going to take it back to the service department again.

I have done business with other dealerships in Victoria, but this is by far the best experience I have had. My salesman, Roland, was very patient. He did not mind showing me several different trucks. He explained the options each has. I will be more than happy to recommend Atzenhoffer Chevrolet to everyone.

Need to receive all service related paperwork showing check and work done. The cashier told me, "We don't do that." After I told her that I always get the paperwork, she checked with the folks that check you in and found out that she in fact is supposed to provide the above mentioned paperwork. This cashier is one of the RUDEST people that I've EVER dealt with. I hope you guys can fix that. I don't have time to be arguing with rude employees. Also, there seems to be a problem trying to find out how much you will be spending on service to your vehicle PRIOR to actually taking it in and having it serviced. Why is that? Customers do like to budget their finances.

I have had an ongoing issue with the driver side mirror not holding memory settings on my 2024 Chevrolet Suburban. I have brought my vehicle into your service department eight times for the same unresolved problem on the following dates: 12/19/24, 1/6/24, 1/20/25, 1/27/25, 2/28/25, 3/14/25, 4/15/25, and 5/7/25. As your ambassador has stated that his truck is a major part of his life, dependable, and a significant investment, I can relate to this sentiment. Our family relies on our vehicle to transport our children and their friends to various events. We chose Atzenhoffer with the expectation of having a reliable and safe car, along with excellent service. Despite multiple visits and diagnostic attempts, the issue with the driver side mirror persists, greatly affecting the reliability and value of my vehicle. While I understand that a Chevrolet engineer has recommended waiting for a service bulletin to address the problem, the lack of a clear resolution after numerous attempts is unacceptable.

Lady that assisted was outstanding, pulled a tech from another area and serviced my vehicle. Very appreciative of the customer service and willingness to honor the time slot that I scheduled.

The owner came around with cookies too and asked about my car purchase which was sweet and very much what you would expect from an organization that gives so much back to community. I really enjoyed having the extremely nice Silverado loaner truck to drive while the A/C in my Silverado was repaired. These ladies should be commended for continually providing excellent customer service and communication and being very friendly in doing so. Honestly, the entire Service team is outstanding and, as a result, my family and I always be big Atzenhoffer fans and customers.

When I went to the dealership my appointment was not programmed due the online system do not work properly, they had a busy day but they accepted to do my car service. I felt uncomfortable earing that the system didn't work even I receive the confirmation in my cellphone.

I had tires rotated at every oil change. But I find out from tire store my tires were wearing on inside of tire. I brought car back to have front end relined. My question is why didn't service people doing inspection and rotation not see wear on tire and notify me. Could have saved some tires.

We live out of town from Atzenhoffer Victoria dealership and we prefer to get our vehicles serviced here because of the great personnel and great service that is given and delivered. Prompt and quick. Any issues, we are notified if we want to proceed before technician will work on vehicle.

Well, where the start? Recently, we had a bad experience with the Seguin dealership. When I Pulled in the sales rep Devin approached us and said we were driving too fast and he did it in a very aggressive way so we left and will never go back as far as purchasing. My brother wanted a vehicle really bad and he had the means to do it so I called Atzenhoffer whereI bought my first truck and made a deal over the phone for my brother. Rudy, the salesman wanted to know if I wanted a new truck, I said I was looking, but I’m just not quite anxious of the pricing right now. He never gave up and finally found me a deal that I couldn’t resist. Rudy not only had someone deliver the truck and picked the old one up. I signed the papers at my house. This was the best experience ever as always. Second truck I have bought from Victoria Atzenhoffer Chevrolet. They need to go and train these other dealerships.

We went to Freedom Chevy in San Antonio first and had such a terrible experience with pushy sales and finance managers and the item online not matching the actual truck on the lot. We reached out to Atzenhoffer on our way back and they had everything lined yup for us when we got. They were so great and gave us the best deal on the truck we actually wanted, not one they were trying to force a sale on. Cannot brag any the sales team enough!

Need to have a better buy back policy do to the problem came from the factory. I had 1700 miles and problems started. I have pictures on bare wire from factory causing the first problem. What else is hidden in the wire lum that we can't see. My truck has been in the shop several times. And resetting the codes is not solving the problem. Chevrolet needs to trade out my truck and make it right. I only have 5500 miles.

Rudy Ortiz really made the sale. We were all set to visit every dealership in Victoria looking for the perfect SUV for our long term use and budget, I had compiled lists and pros and cons of different makes and models and was ready to leave when he asked "What could I do to sell you this car right now?" (maybe not an exact quote). My husband answered with a price he wanted for our trade-in and Rudy went to see what he could arrange. We didn't get as much as my husband had asked for, though we did get more than originally planned, BUT the fact that Rudy stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to try was the deciding factor and we did buy the beautiful, red 2026 Equinox then and there! Rudy was patient with me, an older customer slow on the phone uptake and treated us like family. I am also impressed that he called us afterwards and asked how we were enjoying the new car.

car was serviced right on time. only complaint is the cost of a head light replacement. $1570.00 is way to expensive.

They have a nice and comfortable waiting area. Service was completed in a reasonable time. Staff was friendly and professional.

When I arrived there was no other customers in the office yet I stood at the counter for a few minutes with two employees directly in front of me with no type of acknowledgement or greeting. When I set up the appointment over the he phone I asked for a carwash which I was told would be no problem, I then re confirmed the carwash when physically dropping off the vehicle with employee that checked me in. When the vehicle was picked up it had not been washed, it was very disappointing because it's something offered as an incentive for buying a vehicle from the dealership. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in town and without exaggeration I can say all the visits with the service departments are pleasant and enjoyable due to the kindness and enthusiasm shown from the employees.

Hopefully it was an off day for the service agent because it seemed that she could care less about my business. At any place in town that you have oil change they at least vacuum out the front floor boards but not here. I have the oil change and wash package but i don't think this experience makes me comfortable about using it even thou i will have to pay someone else to do it.

Service managers in your truck repair center are extremely rude, condescending and has been argumentative every time I have had my truck in there (6 times in the three months) The most recent time about 10 days ago he said “If you know what’s wrong with it why don’t you fix it yourself I have bought 6-7 cars from y’all in the past ten years; dont think I will be buying another Your other service departments people are much friendlier and helpful.

Daryl and the people that work in the Truck service department are a big reason for me being a loyal customer of Atzenhoffer Chevrolet. They are always courteous and efficient. Keep having to bring the vehicle in for a check engine light coming on. Had the vehicle two weeks and have had to bring it in 4 times already going to have to bring it in again this friday because the light check engine light is on again

Stephanie Johnson is always amazing and always takes care of me. I am super unhappy with my Tahoe. For as expensive as they are they are junk.

The entire process and staff from sales reps, GM, from office secretary and the finance rep was better than I have ever experienced. I have purchased at least 75 new cars in my time but the Atzenhafuer experience was by far the greatest and I can honestly say I've found myself a new dealership.
