              Stephanie took care of me when I needed...

              Stephanie took care of me when I needed my car serviced. She called me several times throughout the process and kept me very informed. Also I would be picking up my suv late in the evening and she made it a point to call me before she left for her shift to explain to me my Bill and allow me to ask any questions I might have had. She did a great job.

              Darrell is always so very helpful. We purchased our Suburban in 2000 and it has about 195,000 miles, we are still very pleased with how it runs and that is because Atzenhoffer keeps it in great running order and this was just a minor problem. They handle all the oil changes and regular maintenance.

              Delay due to door handle painted wrong color, but repainted and ready within a reasonable time frame. Good communication of error from service manager and still a good experience.
