Terms and Conditions

Atzenhoffer’s Preferred Owner Program (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”) is open to all retail customers and employees of Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Cadillac Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Atzenhoffer”). Program participants do not need to own or purchase a GM vehicle to participate.

The purpose of the Preferred Owner program is to reward retail customers for doing business with Atzenhoffer. Each new card is pre-loaded with 250 Sales Points and 25 Purchase Points. Customers receive their cards when they purchase a new vehicle from Atzenhoffer or bring their existing vehicle in for service at Atzenhoffer.

Sales Points are good towards the retail purchase of a new or used vehicle from Atzenhoffer. Once the vehicle is purchased and existing points are redeemed, additional Sales Points will be loaded to the consumer’s card toward another vehicle purchase.

The Program also awards each customer five percent (5%) of every dollar he or she spends on service, parts, and accessories with Atzenhoffer, in the form of Purchase Points which may be redeemed for full-price service, parts, and accessories on the customer’s next visit.

Program users may accumulate a maximum of 250 Sales and 250 Purchase Points before redeeming the points at Atzenhoffer. Likewise, they may redeem a maximum of 250 Sales or Purchase points in each transaction. redemptions per use are 250 points. Purchase Points can be earned and redeemed only on full-price retail transactions. They are cannot be earned or redeemed on wholesale, fleet, warranty, or discounted services or items.

For example, if a customer spends $100.00 (before taxes are added) with Atzenhoffer, he or she receives five Purchase Points. Since each Purchase Point is worth one dollar towards a future purchase, the next time the customer comes to Atzenhoffer, he or she can receive a five-dollar discount (if they choose to use the points for that transaction instead of saving them up).

Cards will expire two years from the date of issue. At time of expiration, the customer’s points are transferred to a new card, along with their transactional history.

Customers may access their Preferred Owner accounts by going to the Program’s website, www.GMPreferredOwner.com. In order to access his or her account, a customer must have provided a valid email address to Atzenhoffer at the same time they enrolled in the program. Customers may also call the Program’s customer service line at 1-877-249-9312.

Atzenhoffer reserves the right to modify the Program, whether wholly or in part. Atzenhoffer also reserves the right to change the points awarded or to vary, at its own sole and absolute discretion, the terms and conditions stated herein, including withdrawing, replacing, and/or terminating the program at any time and without any prior notice to the Program card holder.

Privacy Policy

At Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Cadillac Mitsubishi Mazda, maintaining our customers’ trust and confidence is a high priority. We want you to understand how we protect your privacy when we obtain information about you and how we safeguard that information.

We obtain nonpublic personal information about you from:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, including online applications and forms submitted to us or our designated third-party sources;
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others; and
• Information about your creditworthiness, credit history, and other information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

We may disclose all of the information that we obtain about you as described above, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to our affiliated third-parties.
We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to the following third parties:

• Financial service providers, such as:
  • Banks
  • Credit Unions
  • Indirect Lenders
  • Captive Finance Companies, such as GMAC, Mitsubishi Finance, or Mazda Finance
  • Insurance Companies
  • Credit Bureaus
  • Credit Reporting Agencies
• Non-financial companies, such as
  • Manufacturers

We may disclose all of the information we obtain, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf to other financial institutions with whom we have a joint marketing agreement.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
