Preferred Owner Program
Atzenhoffer’s Preferred Owner Program rewards retail customers for doing business with Atzenhoffer and for shopping online with select vendors. Get your card by asking for it when you purchase a new vehicle from Atzenhoffer or bring your existing vehicle in for service at Atzenhoffer.
- Eligibility
- The Program is open to all retail customers and employees of Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Cadillac Co., Inc.
- You do not need to own or purchase a GM vehicle to participate.
- Sales Points
- Each new card comes pre-loaded with 250 Sales Points and 25 Purchase Points.
- Sales Points are good towards the retail purchase of a new or used vehicle from Atzenhoffer.
- Once the vehicle is purchased and existing points are redeemed, additional Sales Points will be loaded to your card toward another vehicle purchase.
- Purchase Points
- Purchase Points can be redeemed for service, parts, accessories, and bodyshop work at Atzenhoffer.
- The Program awards you five percent (5%) of every dollar you spend on service, parts, accessories, and bodyshop work with Atzenhoffer. Every five dollars you spend earns one Purchase Point.
- Each Purchase Point, in turn, is worth $1 in full-price service, parts, accessories, and bodyshop work on your next visit.
- Purchase amounts and Purchase Points are not rounded off. These examples avoid using fractions for simplicity's sake.
- Points Plus - Shop and Earn Online!
- Points Plus lets you earn even more Purchase Points by shopping online for everyday purchases with select vendors. Here's how to enroll.
- Go to GMPreferredOwner.com and log in with the membership number on your Preferred Owner Card.
- Underneath your Sales Balance and Service Balance, click on "Bonus Points and Discounts." You can also click on the "Earn Bonus Points" link at the top of the page.
- Follow the instructions to enroll in the Points Plus program.
- Check back often to the Preferred Owner homepage and use the same link(s) to view vendor offers and discount coupons.
- The terms of each offer, including how much of each purchase is converted to Purchase Points, are established by the vendor and listed within each offer.
- Redeem your Points Plus Purchase Points at Atzenhoffer just as you would your regular Purchase Points.
- Other Terms and Conditions
- You may accumulate a maximum of 250 Sales and 250 Purchase Points before redeeming the points at Atzenhoffer.
- You may redeem a maximum of 250 Sales or Purchase points in each transaction.
- Purchase Points can be earned and redeemed only on full-price retail transactions or on applicable online shopping specials. They are cannot be earned or redeemed on wholesale, fleet, warranty, or discounted services or items.
- Cards expire two years from the date of issue, at which time your points are transferred to a new card, along with your transactional history.
- Access your Preferred Owner account by going to the Program’s website, GMPreferredOwner.com. In order to access your account, you must have provided a valid email address to Atzenhoffer at the same time you enrolled in the program. You may also call the Program’s customer service line at 1-877-249-9312.
- Atzenhoffer reserves the right to modify the Program, whether wholly or in part. Atzenhoffer also reserves the right to change the points awarded or to vary, at its own sole and absolute discretion, the terms and conditions stated herein, including withdrawing, replacing, and/or terminating the program at any time and without any prior notice to the Program card holder.
eAutoVIP Program
Atzenhoffer's eAutoVIP program lets you enjoy free email alerts with valuable service specials, parts and accessories sales, and big savings on new vehicles. eAuto VIP also helps you keep track of service appointments and parts orders, and simple surveys make it easy for you to let you tell us about the service you received.
- Eligibility
- The Program is available to all customers (retail and wholesale) and employees of Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Cadillac Co., Inc.
- You do not need to own or purchase a GM vehicle to participate.
- Enrollment
- Sign up to receive eAutoVIP alerts next time you're at Atzenhoffer by asking your cashier to help you.
- You can also sign up by calling Atzenhoffer at 361-578-0181 and asking to sign up for eAutoVIP.
- You must provide your first and last names, valid email address, home phone number, and home address in order to be enrolled.
- Be assured that Atzenhoffer will protect your personal information as specified below in our Privacy Policy.
- Unenrollment
- The eAutoVIP program is completely permissions-based. This means that you can opt out at any time.
- To opt out of the eAutoVIP, click on the unenrollment link at the bottom of an eAutoVIP email.
- You may also send an email request to newcar@atzenhoffer.com. Be sure to include your first and last names, valid email address, home phone number, and home address. Leaving any of these out will delay your request.

- Eligibility
- OnStar by GM is available to all owners of GM vehicles (whether purchased or not from Atzenhoffer) that are equipped with OnStar.
- OnStar is not available for non-GM vehicles or GM vehicles not equipped with OnStar.
- Enrollment
- If your Atzenhoffer sales or service representative has not yet guided you through the enrollment process, you can enroll on the Onstar by GM website.
- Important! Once you've enrolled, make sure to select Atzenhoffer as your preferred dealership for receiving alerts from your vehicle's onboard system. You can also simply press the blue OnStar button in your vehicle and ask the operator to select Atzenhoffer as your preferred dealership for you.
Atzenhoffer's Privacy Policy
At Atzenhoffer Chevrolet Cadillac Mitsubishi Mazda, maintaining our customers’ trust and confidence is a high priority. We want you to understand how we protect your privacy when we obtain information about you and how we safeguard that information.
We obtain nonpublic personal information about you from:
