| I am made to feel that I am in important customer, called by name, and concerns listened to and dealt with in a professional way. I traded the 2007 Suburban for a 2011 Suburban in January. This is just one of the many trades that I have made with these folks since 1964. I would not be this loyal to the dealership nor Chevrolet if I were not treated fairly, consistent and courteous.
